Our Team

Van Rossi, our founder, started the company in 1972 with a goal to provide complete home improvement services in a family-friendly atmosphere. He was involved in various local professional organizations and was certified with Andersen Doors and Windows. Unfortunately, Van passed away in 2020, but his legacy lives on through the company.

Glen Rossi, our current owner, joined the company in the late 1980s and became a partner. He is known for his excellent craftsmanship, great customer care, and his ability to produce beautiful custom finishes. Glen believes in building trust with clients and customers to make the building and remodeling process as stress-free as possible.
