What are your operating hours?
Lobby open Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm, Sunday 8am-12pm & 4pm-7pm. Closed Thursday 12-2pm for training.
Can I tour the facility?
Yes, tours available Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm. Please leave your pet at home for the initial visit.
What vaccination requirements do you have?
Dogs need Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella, and Bivalent Canine Influenza. Cats require Feline Distemper & Rabies.
Do you administer medications?
Yes, we provide oral and injectable medication administration for an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Holiday reservations require 14-day notice, non-holiday needs 3-day notice for deposit refund.
Do you offer discounts?
10% off for first responders, veterinarians, and chamber members (one discount per household).
