GBS Construction, Inc. was established in 1993 in Waller, Texas, by James Phelan, a seasoned contractor with over 40 years of experience in excavation, site work, concrete slabs and foundations, asphalt and concrete paving, land clearing, machine foundations, tilt walls, and various commercial and industrial projects. Our company has been consistently expanding since its inception, and we take great pride in having the most knowledgeable employees in the industry.
