With a membership of 250 executive women from diverse real estate disciplines, we foster leadership development and uphold the highest standards of ethics in the industry. Through our Scholars Program, we have awarded $2 million in scholarships to 415 women pursuing real estate careers. Our two-year Mentoring Program connects emerging professionals with seasoned leaders, creating lasting industry relationships.
