The House of Nutrition & Wellness has a rich history that dates back to 1947 when it was established as Kramer's in Chicago. Over the years, the store has undergone several transformations, including a move to Kenosha in the 1960s and a change in ownership in 2014. Today, under the guidance of Mr. Mark Wistar, the store strives to offer a wide range of products, including vitamin supplements, herbs, local honey, organic eggs, essential oils, and tea. One of the key focuses of the store is on sourcing products locally, which includes vitamin supplements, herbs, local honey, organic eggs, essential oils, and tea.

Our Products

Our product range is extensive and includes locally sourced items such as vitamin supplements, herbs, local honey, organic eggs, essential oils, and tea. We also carry a variety of products like Hemp Rescue, which is a full-spectrum hemp extract available in clinical strength oils, capsules, and lotions. Additionally, we have a selection of Ocean's Promise and Natural Renewals brands of sea moss, available in gel, frozen, capsule, and gummy forms. Our essential oil section offers a wide variety of supplies, including carrier oils for massage or dilution purposes. We also have a dedicated shelf for natural soaps using plant-based ingredients, ensuring they do not contain SLS ingredients.

Multivitamins and Supplements

We offer a range of multivitamins for the whole family, which are whole food-based to fill in any nutritional gaps. Our selection includes products like Kallas brand honey, which covers a wide variety of floral fields and produces unique flavors. We also have honey local to our area code, delivered by the former president of the Wisconsin Honey Producers, until it sells out.

Hemp Products and Superfoods

Looking for a food-based prebiotic? We have Chicory tea, which is both a food source for probiotics in the intestines and a coffee alternative that is acid-free. Polyphenol-rich cacao makes a wonderful caffeine-free stimulant superfood treat. Other local favorites include Living Full Kombucha and Alive N Vibrant Superfood powders, which are raw, vegan, and chemical-free! Trial sizes and recipes are available upon request.
