Roof Replacement
Our comprehensive roof replacement service addresses complete system failures with premium materials and expert installation. We handle everything from asphalt shingles to metal roofing systems, ensuring proper ventilation and ice dam prevention. Each project includes a 40-point quality inspection and 25-year manufacturer warranty.
Roof Repair
Specializing in shingle roof repairs and emergency leak solutions, our diagnostic technicians identify root causes of damage. We work with insurance companies to streamline claims and offer same-day fixes for minor issues. All repairs maintain manufacturer warranties and building code compliance.
Ventilation
We install balanced ventilation systems featuring ridge vents and soffit solutions to prevent heat buildup and moisture damage. Our Air Vent products include temperature-controlled attic fans that reduce energy costs and ice dam formation. Proper ventilation extends roof lifespan and improves home energy efficiency.
Solatube
Our Solatube installations bring natural light into dark interior spaces using patented light transfer technology. Certified consultants provide same-day installations and custom solutions for optimal placement. This energy-efficient alternative to traditional skylights requires no structural modifications and enhances home ambiance.
Siding
We offer vinyl and fiber cement siding solutions that enhance curb appeal while protecting against Ohio weather. Our certified installers recommend NORANDEX and James Hardie products for durability and low maintenance. Proper siding installation improves energy efficiency and home value when paired with quality insulation.
