Founded with a vision to foster a nurturing and enriching environment for children, Good Kids Childcare has been providing exceptional care for families in Avon Lake, Ohio since October 1, 2009. Our mission is to create a space where children feel loved, supported, and engaged, enabling them to reach their full potential while having fun. Centrally located within the welcoming atmosphere of Christ Lutheran Church, Good Kids boasts a warm and inviting ambiance that feels like a home away from home.

A Comprehensive Curriculum for Growing Minds

Our thoughtfully designed curriculum is tailored to meet the developmental needs of children aged 18 months to 10 years. We offer a range of programs to cater to different ages and stages, including:

• Toddler Program (18 months to 3 years): This program focuses on developing essential social, emotional, and language skills through age-appropriate play-based activities.

• Preschool Program (3 to 4 years): Building upon the foundation laid in the Toddler Program, preschoolers engage in more structured learning experiences that foster cognitive development, creativity, and early literacy skills.

• Pre-K Program (4 to 6 years): Our Pre-K program prepares children for kindergarten readiness by strengthening their academic skills, social-emotional competence, and self-regulation abilities.

• Before and After School Program (including half-day Kindergarten): Providing extended care for school-aged children, our program offers a safe and engaging space for homework help, creative activities, outdoor play, and socializing with peers.

We incorporate daily walks to the library and the park to encourage exploration and connect with the community. We also offer a vibrant summer camp program filled with fun and engaging activities.
