Hi, my name is Demetra and I'm the founder of YGIA Yoga. Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine, and a regular yoga practice has been a part of my life for well over 12 years. After spending a significant duration in the corporate business world, I knew it was time for a change. After having a child, my priorities shifted, and I decided to pursue my passions full-time, as my career. I hold certifications in vinyasa, power, sculpt, pre and post natal yoga. At YGIA Yoga, it's our privilege to hold space for you on your yoga journey, and support you in building strength, finding serenity, and feeling empowered.
