Our Team

Our team is led by Principal Engineer Cleve Cunningham, PE, who brings over 30 years of design experience in consulting engineering services in the Middle Georgia area and Southeastern United States. With a strong focus on business development, project engineering, project management, and construction administration, Cleve has successfully delivered over a thousand projects, including residential developments, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments, government and municipal projects, and land planning/master planning for mixed-use developments.
