Our team of U.S.-based engineers works closely with our clients to develop custom light guide designs that solve their unique challenges. Approved drawings and 3D models transition to one of our five ISO- and IATF-certified manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Taiwan for consistent, high-volume production. We collaborate with original equipment manufacturers in the automotive, consumer electronics, industrial, medical, and general lighting industries.

Innovations

We have a long history of innovation, from the creation of the first printed light extraction pattern in 1995 to the development of the thermal embossing process in 2008. Our innovations have initiated the development of solid-state light guide manufacturing and enabled higher volume output and lower costs, as well as brighter end products.

Our innovations have also led to the creation of thin film light guides for use within new thin portable and tablet devices, as well as larger, thinner light guides for the LCD TV and general lighting industries. We continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of lighting technology.
