Michelle Shirley, the Pet Nanny, developed her love for animals growing up in Northern Virginia. As a young owner and lover of horses, dogs, cats, ferrets, and many other animals, she pursued a career as a vet-tech and pet sitter. Michelle's love for animals ultimately led her to meet her husband, Scott. They relocated to Tega Cay in 2006 with their two sons and three dogs.
