General Contracting

The term "General Contract" refers to a project delivery method which is sequenced as design, bid, build. A project delivered under the "General Contract" delivery method has the (general) contractor join a project team once the construction documents are completed. These construction documents are procured under separate contract between the owner and architect/engineers. Contractually, a general contractor is responsible for the entire construction project, providing all of the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project.

Our firm has extensive experience in managing the general contracting process, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. We have successfully delivered numerous general contracting projects throughout Florida, demonstrating our ability to manage complex construction projects effectively.

Pre-Construction

Rhodes Building Company's Pre-Construction services allow us to help shape and control the development of a client's building program or project. Through planning and development, our Pre-Construction services enable effective management of a project's cost, quality, and schedule. Our Pre-Construction services include site selection and acquisition, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering. By providing these services, we can ensure that our clients' projects are set up for success from the very beginning.

Design-Build

Rhodes Building Company is well-versed in the "Design-Build" method of project delivery. Our experience and relationships make us a strong team leader in the "Design-Build" delivery process. "Design-Build" means development through team collaboration, resulting in the utmost control of cost, quality, and schedule. We have successfully delivered numerous "Design-Build" projects throughout the State, demonstrating our ability to manage complex projects effectively and efficiently.

Construction Management

Rhodes Building Company offers CM at Risk services in which we are engaged during the design phase of a project as a consultant to the owner and during the construction phase of a project as the Construction Manager (CM). The clients benefit in CM at Risk delivery is realized in budget management. The CM is responsible for managing the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. We have successfully managed numerous construction projects using this method, demonstrating our ability to manage complex construction projects effectively.
