Walsh Engineering Associates (WEA) is a Maine-based, locally-owned engineering firm founded in 2009 by William R. Walsh, PE. We pride ourselves on providing complete consulting services from inception through construction, including design, permitting, and construction services. Our team of licensed engineers, certified flood plain managers, and accomplished designers offers expertise in civil engineering design, environmental compliance and permitting, site planning and design, project management, and construction management. With LEED accredited professionals, we strive to design sustainable projects that are cost-effective and easily permitted.
