For three generations, the Schaeffer family has been dedicated to providing the people of the Delaware Valley with quality built, affordably priced new homes. Our journey began with Thomas Schaeffer Sr., who learned the craft of woodworking in the Army during World War II. After the war, he started his home-building career, and his passion for quality and craftsmanship has been passed down through the generations.
