At Cork, we are passionate about bringing you the best of the best in natural wines. Our story began with a love for adventure and a desire to share unique, authentic wines with our community. Founded by Stowe natives and sisters, Danielle and Katie Nichols, our mission is to provide an unparalleled wine experience that is both educational and enjoyable. With years of experience in the wine industry, we have curated a selection of wines that are organic, biodynamic, and made without the use of pesticides, chemicals, or fertilizers. Our goal is to showcase the beauty of wine as it was meant to be - small production, unadulterated, and delicious.

Meet Our Team

Danielle Nichols, our founder, brings a wealth of experience in the wine industry, having worked in various capacities from coaching to wine sales. Her passion for adventure and love for wine have been instrumental in shaping our vision. Katie Nichols, our general manager and wine director, shares a similar passion for wine and has a background in bartending and wine sales. Together, they have created a haven for wine enthusiasts and those looking to explore the world of natural wines.
