We focus on building the best home for the cost. Our company was founded by Lewis Mann, who previously worked with HiLine Homes as an independent contractor selling their homes and learning the business from 1998 to 2002. After that, he cofounded Reality Homes and worked there for three years. Observing that some builders emphasize overselling rather than actual construction, he established True Built Home with a commitment to building the best home for the cost. Lewis also aimed to educate homeowners so they know exactly which features and products are included in the price of their home. We believe that using quality fixtures and finishes offers more value than simply offering the lowest squarefoot cost. Our pricing model is straightforward: we show the starting price for each home plan, covering everything from foundation to fixtures and finishes.

Unlike many builders who display a model home with upgrades and then list only a barebones price, our standard features ensure our homes are far from barebones. All of our homes include highquality, energyefficient standard features at no additional cost. Customers who wish to customize a plan or add a daylight basement can rely on our home consultants for accurate estimates and our inhouse design team to implement those changes. We provide an awardwinning communication portal that gives clients access to project details, photos, progress tracking, file downloads, financial information, and messaging, with all communications centralized in one place. Since 2008 we have been helping families build dream homes throughout Washington and parts of Oregon, and our core team has worked together as friends and coworkers for many years, in some cases decades.
