Our History

Bill Beall Co., Inc. was founded in 1977 by Bill Beall, who started his career in commercial real estate at the age of 19. After serving his country in Viet Nam, Bill attended graduate school and then settled in Springfield, Missouri, where he founded Bill Beall Co., Inc. Bill was a leader in the local business community, serving on numerous community and state boards and promoting a business philosophy that emphasized the importance of benefiting all parties in a real estate transaction, including the seller, the buyer, and the community.

Today, Bill Beall Co., Inc. continues to be a leader in the business of commercial and industrial real estate in Springfield, and is committed to carrying on the legacy of its founder.
