*Therapy Prescriptions and Appropriate Medication Management*: Based on each patient's specific condition and needs, we develop individualized therapy plans in conjunction with appropriate medication management to achieve optimal results.

*Medial Branch Blocks*: For patients with facet joint pain, medial branch blocks are used to diagnose and alleviate pain.

*Facet Injections*: These injections help to reduce inflammation and relieve pain in the affected facet joints.

*Radio-frequency Neurotomies*: We use radio-frequency energy to treat painful facet joints, offering long-term relief from chronic spine pain.

*Diagnostic Selective Nerve Root Injections*: By injecting a local anesthetic into the affected nerve root, we can pinpoint the source of pain and develop an effective treatment plan.

*Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injections*: Utilizing fluoroscopic guidance, we inject a steroid medication near the affected spinal nerve to reduce inflammation and relieve pain.

*Sacroiliac Joint Injections*: These injections help to reduce inflammation and relieve pain in the sacroiliac joint, located in the pelvis.

*Fluoroscopically Guided Hip Injections*: Our team uses real-time X-ray guidance to inject a local anesthetic and steroid medication into the affected hip joint, providing pain relief.

*Peripheral Joint Injections*: For patients experiencing joint pain in extremities, we offer peripheral joint injections to alleviate pain and inflammation.

*Electrodiagnostic Studies*: These diagnostic procedures help to detect nerve damage or dysfunction by measuring and analyzing electrical activity in the muscles and nerves.

*Discography*: We use discography to diagnose disc-related pain by injecting a contrast dye into the affected disc.

*Spinal Cord Stimulation*: This innovative treatment involves the implantation of a small device that delivers electrical impulses to the spinal cord, effectively reducing chronic pain.

*PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Injections*: By harnessing the healing potential of a patient's own platelets, we can accelerate the healing process for various spine and joint conditions.

*Anti-Spasticity (Botox) Injections*: Our team uses Botox injections to treat spasticity and improve mobility in patients suffering from conditions such as cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis.

*Coolief Procedures (Ablations for Joint Pains)*: Utilizing cooled radiofrequency energy, we target and ablate nerves that cause joint pain, offering long-term pain relief.
