Our Mission
The Orange High School Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (MCJROTC) program empowers young men and women to become responsible, disciplined, and civic-minded citizens through leadership development, physical fitness, and educational instruction.
About Our Program
Our program provides a transformative educational experience that extends far beyond traditional classroom learning. Led by experienced Marine Corps instructors, we teach vital leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Through practical exercises, academic lessons, and physical training, our cadets learn to work collaboratively, solve problems, and take on challenges with confidence.
What We Offer
- Leadership Development: Our curriculum emphasizes leadership principles through practical experiences, allowing cadets to develop their communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
- Physical Fitness: Weekly physical training sessions focus on building endurance, strength, and teamwork through drills, obstacle courses, and physical challenges.
- Academic Development: Cadets receive instruction on American history, leadership principles, and military customs and courtesies.
- Extracurricular Activities: We offer various competitive teams, including Color Guard, Drill, Physical Fitness, Marksmanship, Academic, and Cyber Security.
- Unique Experiences: Our cadets have opportunities to participate in off-campus trips, such as visits to the United States Naval Academy, Capitol Hill, and historical landmarks.

Our program is open to all Orange High School students, regardless of academic background or physical fitness level. No prior military experience is required.
