Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Haloua earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University School of Optometry and holds certifications in therapeutics and glaucoma. With over tens of thousands of eye exams performed, Dr. Haloua has established herself as a caring and skilled optometric professional, earning the affectionate title "Dr Julie" from her patients.

*Joseph Haloua, ABO*

A native of Paris, Joseph Haloua began his career as an optician in 2001 after completing a two-year apprenticeship in Columbus, Ohio. His dedication and expertise have grown over the years, leading him to operate his own practice with his wife since 2004. Joseph's love for State College began during his first visit in 1981, eventually settling in the area with his wife and two children, operating Spectacles F.Y.Eye, and contributing to the local community.

Joining the Spectacles F.Y.Eye team in 2014 as a front desk host, Charlotte quickly demonstrated her professionalism and commitment to providing top-notch service. Her time management skills, attention to detail, and bubbly personality are just a few of the reasons she has become an indispensable part of the team, now pursuing her career as an optician.
