Our owners, Steve and Sarah Cosgrove, have a long history in the flooring industry, with Steve having nearly two decades of experience in Denver. After owning and growing a flooring franchise for seven years, they decided to branch out and extend their expertise in their own way, bringing their skills and passion to the Asheville area. The name "Grove Manor" is symbolic of their love of nature, working with wood, and their commitment to building strong relationships with their clients and community.
