Maintenance and Response Time
The River Club Apartments have a maintenance team that is incredibly responsive to resident needs. They do not stop until the problem is fixed long-term and are always making enhancements to the community, as mentioned by Amy Bennis and Krishona Lee. This level of dedication to resolving issues and improving the living experience is a major perk for residents.
Community and Amenities
The River Club Apartments have a park-like setting, with a walkway along the river and easy access to Manhattan via bus. Residents also have access to nearby amenities such as Acme grocery store, 7/11, Target, CVS, and more. As described by Krishona Lee, the community is secure and values feedback from residents.
Noise Levels and Living Experience
However, Charon Perdomo and Shail Choksi have had extremely negative experiences with noise levels in their apartments. Both residents mentioned that the noise from neighboring apartments is unbearable and has caused significant distress. Charon Perdomo also mentioned that the complex has a horrible build quality, making it difficult to live in.
