*Lymphatic Drainage Massage*

Lymphatic massage is a gentle and refreshing massage that can benefit most people. It runs along the lymphatic channels that are like tree roots and carries and filters fluid like cell wastes, proteins, excess fluid, viruses, and bacteria. This massage can help clients who have low energy, are recovering from sickness or surgery and have swelling, or simply want to be refreshed. The work is done with slow gentle repetitive strokes following the lymph channels and is available for $85 for one hour.

*Prenatal Massage*

Prenatal massage is designed to help women who are pregnant from the first trimester to the day before delivery. It can help relieve headaches, sore muscles due to the expanding and shifting of body weight, and improve circulation in the extremities. Our prenatal massage is tailored to meet the unique needs of each pregnant client.

*Acupressure Massage*

Our acupressure massage incorporates deep tissue work to target and relieve pain quickly. Our clients have commented that our ability to pinpoint the exact place of pain sets us apart from other forms of massage therapy. The style of work is relaxing and helps put people at ease. Our acupressure massage is available for $85 for one hour.

Pranic healing is an energy healing modality that uses prana, or life force, to balance and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. It helps to remove blockages and stagnant energy, allowing for a more free-flowing and harmonious energy system. Pranic healing can help with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, and physical ailments.

*Deep Tissue Massage*

Our deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is particularly beneficial for chronic pain and muscle tension, and can help to improve range of motion and mobility. Our deep tissue massage is available for $85 for one hour.
