Can I tour the facility before boarding my pet?
Yes! Tours are available Monday-Saturday 7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. No appointment needed.
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs need Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies. Cats need Distemper and Rabies. Proof must come from a licensed vet.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Open Monday-Saturday 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Sunday 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Check-in/out available during these hours.
How are medical emergencies handled?
We contact your vet first, then a local emergency clinic if needed. Pets are transported to MedVet if critical.
Do you accommodate pets with special diets or medications?
Yes. Bring medication in original containers and special food. A nominal fee applies for medication administration.
Is there 24/7 monitoring for pets?
Staff monitor pets daily. Emergency care is available after hours through partnered veterinary services.
