What types of pets do you care for?
We care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rodents, and other small animals. Our sitters are trained to handle various species with appropriate care techniques.
Do you offer services outside regular hours?
Our standard services operate between 8AM-6PM. For after-hours needs, we partner with other local pet care providers and can provide referrals upon request.
Are your sitters background checked?
Yes, all our sitters undergo background checks for violent crime and theft. Most team members have been with us for over five years.
How do you handle emergency situations?
While we don't provide 24/7 emergency services, we maintain communication with clients and can coordinate with local veterinary services if urgent care is needed.
What areas do you service?
