Our Team

Our team consists of experienced attorneys and skilled staff who are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients. Our attorneys, Mark Thomas, Doug Thomas, and Brent Takach, are well-versed in their respective practice areas and have the skills and expertise needed to handle complex legal issues.

Mark Thomas, a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the USC School of Law, is a family man with five young children. He and his wife, Michelle, are active members of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral.

Doug Thomas, a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College and Wake Forest School of Law, lives in downtown Columbia with his wife, Rebecca, and their son, Graham. They are members of The Church of the Good Shepherd, Episcopal.

Brent Takach, a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the Appalachian School of Law, resides in downtown Columbia with his wife, Mackenzie. They are members of The First Presbyterian Church of Columbia.
