*Malcolm L. Nunn, Jr., President/CEO*

Malcolm began his career in the roofing industry in 1985 and founded Roof Systems of VA Inc. in 1993. His leadership and personal integrity have helped make Roof Systems of VA one of the nation's top roofing contractors.

*Joseph W. Blanks, Jr., Executive Vice President*

Joey directs our Pre-Construction services and implements our Total Quality Management Program. He has extensive computer and technological expertise, making him an integral part of the Roof Systems team.

*Shawn Nunn, Vice President of Operations*

Shawn manages all of our projects from start to finish, supervising over 100 employees. He started his career in the roofing industry in 2001 and has worked his way up to Vice President of Operations.

*Charles "Randy" Fralin, Vice President of Sales*

Randy is responsible for account development and focuses on the Roof Asset Management program. He has been in the roofing industry for over 25 years, with 16 years as a Johns Manville territory manager.

*Al Gore, Safety Manager*

Al is a licensed Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and is OSHA 30-Hour certified. He joined Roof Systems in 2002 and has worked his way up from running our service department to managing our Norfolk Branch. Al has over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry.
