Tippecanoe Federal Credit Union

Tippecanoe Federal Credit Union, located inside the US Post Office, was first opened in 1953. TFCU is a closed membership credit union that is governed by a board of directors. The credit union is member-owned and provides banking services to multiple member groups; primarily serving federal, state, and local government employees. Membership is also open to immediate family members of current members. After more than 70 years of service, TFCU has grown to serve over 3,500 members.

Board of Directors

Our board of directors includes Russell Clark as President, Brenda Ade, David Richardson, Brooke Brigham as Manager/CEO, Alexandra Gamble as Assistant Manager, and Chelsea Henderson as Member Service Representative. Each member of our board plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continued growth of TFCU.

Home Banking Services

We offer a wide range of home banking services to cater to the needs of our members. Our new home banking account is now available, and we have provided step-by-step registration instructions for our new home banking system under "Quick Links." You can access your account from your desktop computer by clicking the link at the top of our page that says "Home Banking." Our app is also available for Apple and Android devices, and you can download it from the app store.

Accounts and Dividend Rates

We offer various types of accounts and dividend rates to meet the financial needs of our members. Our Regular Savings account has a minimum balance requirement of $25, which is your member share contribution. This account is essential for all members and comes with a debit card. Our Share Draft account offers check writing privileges, and our Share Certificate accounts offer higher dividend rates for longer term savings. We also offer Christmas Club accounts to help you save for the holiday season and Vacation Club accounts to save for your next vacation.

Loans

At TFCU, we understand that sometimes you need a little extra help. That's why we offer a variety of loan options to our members, including personal loans, auto loans, and home loans. You can apply for a loan through our home banking system, and our dedicated team will work with you to find the best loan option for your needs.

Member Perks

As a member of TFCU, you have access to several member perks. These include surcharge-free ATMs, free online bill pay, free online account access, and more. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and expand our services to better serve our members.

If you need to reorder checks for your account, you can do so securely online through our website. Simply click on the "Quick Links" section, and you will find the option to reorder checks.

Hours and Holidays

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with extended hours on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We observe all federal holidays and are closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve (open until noon).
