2. Nurture Oregon
- Focused on supporting pregnant individuals and families battling substance use
- Provides comprehensive care, including prenatal care, childcare, and parenting support
- Advocates for harm reduction and strives to reduce maternal and infant morbidity and mortality.
3. PRIME+ Program
- Peer-driven program offering support and guidance to individuals at risk of overdose or in recovery from various health complications related to substance use
- Connects clients with certified Peer Support Specialists for encouragement and accountability.
