Parker Engineering

Parker Engineering has been in service since 2001, serving over 20 cities and counties in Georgia. We have completed projects ranging from $5000 to $1.7 million dollars in construction cost. Our team specializes in helping small and medium-sized cities and counties design and seek funding for their infrastructure projects. Whether solving a neighborhood flooding problem or adding a new sewer main to serve a new industry, Parker Engineering can assist.

We serve as the project manager for your City or County project. We identify the problem, create a design, assist you in obtaining state and federal permits, help you bid the project, assist in selecting a contractor, and ensure the contractor builds the project correctly. Working with Parker Engineering is like having an engineer on your staff. We are also well-versed in applying for state and federal grants for new sewer, storm water, drinking water, and road improvement projects.

Our Team

Our team includes experienced engineers like Wesley Parker, who is the President and a Civil Engineer with 22 years of experience. Wesley received his Bachelor's of Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. Robert Ellis, a Civil Engineer, specializes in road design and water system design. Matt Aycock, another Civil Engineer, specializes in sewage treatment design and sewage master planning. He has extensive experience as a plant manager for an 11 million gallon per-day treatment plant.

View Our Projects

We have successfully completed various projects, including the Community House Neighborhood Drainage Improvements in Millen, Georgia. This project aimed to alleviate flooding concerns by installing a new storm piping network and drainage inlets. Curb and gutter was also provided to prevent water from entering yards. This project improved the quality of life for the residents and relieved them of the threat of flooding.
