Meet the Team

Our team is made up of passionate and dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. From our president and owner, Ross Graham, to our project managers, Andy Postema, Bo Graham, Dave Johnson, and Taylor Blake, we have the experience and expertise to handle any construction or roofing project.

Ross Graham, President & Owner

Ross is the owner and president of 41:10 Construction Group LLC. He has owned and operated construction companies in the DFW area for over 25 years. Ross was born and raised in Texas and has lived in the DFW metroplex for most of his life. He is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University. When he isn't working, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife, Karen, and their children, Bo and Codi, or participating in outdoor activities like golfing and hunting.

Andy Postema, Owner & General Manager

Andy joined the team in September of 2017 and enjoys all facets of the business. He has a passion for loving and serving people through roofing and construction while providing value, daily. Andy is a graduate of Aquinas College and, before joining 41:10, he was involved in teaching and coaching for 24 years. Andy has been married to his wife, Cory, since 1995, and they have two sons, Zachariah and Noah, both married and serving in the local community.

Bo Graham, Project Manager

Bo is a project manager who enjoys serving customers throughout the process. He was born and raised in the DFW metroplex, where he attended Grapevine Faith Christian School. Bo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech University. When he isn't spending time with family and friends, you can find him hunting, fishing, or on the golf course.

Dave Johnson, Project Manager

Dave is excited to be working for 41:10 Construction Group and be part of the team. He moved to the D/FW area in 1992 while in the Military, spending 11 years in the Army National Guard as a Field Artillery Officer. Dave has experience working in sales, operations, production management, customer service, and construction inspections. He has been married to his wife Melissa since 1994, and they have one son, Ethan. When not working, Dave will be enjoying the outdoors and traveling with his wife.

Taylor Blake, Project Manager

Taylor was born and raised in Alaska and grew up commercial fishing. He moved to Texas in 2010 and started working in the construction industry shortly after. Taylor has worked on a variety of projects, from small remodels to large commercial construction projects. He enjoys working with people and helping them through the construction process. Taylor is married to his wife, Jamie, and they have two children, Aurora and River.
