Our Company

Engineered Systems, Inc. was founded in June of 1993 with a mission to provide building owners, contractors, and architects with expertise in all aspects of mechanical engineering including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical Systems. Since its inception, the company has developed strong relationships with a growing list of architects, building owners, and contractors. Emphasis has been placed on working closely with contractors to provide them with design services and consulting, enabling Engineered Systems to specialize in design-build, fast track construction projects.

Design Approach

We pride ourselves on providing practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions with all of our projects. This philosophy has provided Engineered Systems with repeat business from all of its valued customers.

Our Team

Billy Creed started working for Engineered Systems, Inc. as a part-time draftsman during high school vacations and summer break. Billy became a full-time employee in 2007 and took over as President in 2023. Billy handles the day-to-day operations of the firm and is currently licensed in several states.

Michael Mey, Vice President, assists with the day-to-day operations and oversees the Plumbing & Fire Protection departments. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is also licensed in several states.
