Inspiring creativity, one work of art at a time.
Our Vision and History
Sloan Fine Art emerged in 2008 as a founding member of New York's Lower East Side arts district, presenting bold and diverse exhibitions in its 1200 square foot Rivington Street location. Founded by Alix Sloan, the gallery cultivated a vibrant space for discovery and artistic dialogue.
In 2011, Sloan's boundless vision led to the creation of SFA Projects. This sister organization extended the gallery's reach beyond traditional gallery walls. SFA Projects specialized in:
- Curatorial and Off-Site Exhibitions: Collaborating with artists and institutions to produce impactful art experiences beyond traditional gallery spaces.
- Consultancy: Guiding artists, collectors, and businesses in navigating the art world, maximizing their creative and financial potential.
- Creative Consulting: Generating innovative design projects and engaging content across diverse platforms.
Our Approach
At Sloan Fine Art and SFA Projects, we believe in the transformative power of art. We are driven by a passion for artistic discovery, fostering dialogue, and nurturing meaningful connections. Our approach is characterized by:
- Innovation: Embracing new ideas and formats, pushing creative boundaries.
