Our Team

We have a team of experienced and qualified professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional results. Our team includes John J. (Jack) O'Neill, Jr., and Bruce C. Hayhoe, Jr., both of whom have extensive backgrounds in the aviation industry. Jack has over 35 years of experience in the industry, while Bruce has over 40 years of experience.

Jack's aviation career began in 1984 at a family-owned flight school in Naples, Florida. He has held various management positions in aircraft charter operations and private and corporate aircraft management. He is a licensed pilot and has a proven track record of integrity and fairness in his dealings, with a goal of developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with his clients.

Bruce has a background in contract piloting, commercial piloting, and corporate flight department management. He also has experience in marketing and consulting, having owned and managed a successful marketing firm.
