Long-Term Care

As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner. Medication Synchronization

Medication synchronization, also known as med sync, is a program designed to help synchronize your medication refills. This program ensures that you will only need to pick up your medications once a month, making it easier to manage your medication regimen. Our staff is happy to discuss how we can get you set up on med sync.

Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Our pharmacy also offers an extensive variety of medical equipment and supplies, including equipment to assist walking, bathroom equipment, orthopedic supplies, and nebulizers. Our staff will make it as easy as possible to get the equipment you need.

Pill Packaging

We understand that keeping track of multiple medications can be overwhelming. That's why we offer a pill packaging service that helps you take your medications safely and conveniently. With our pill packaging service, you will receive pre-packaged doses of your medications, making it easier to manage your medication regimen.
