At BIO Gymnastics, we're proud to be a faith-based, family-owned facility that's dedicated to helping raise champions in and out of the gym. Founded in 2013, our state-of-the-art facility boasts over 18,000 square feet of space, filled with the latest equipment to train high-level athletes.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a Christian, drama-free environment where families can come together to learn, grow, and thrive. We believe that gymnastics is a foundational sport that can help children develop the fundamental physical skills they need to become fit, healthy, and active. Our experienced instructors are background-screened, safety-certified, and undergo ongoing training and recertifications to ensure that our students receive the best possible instruction.

Our Programs

At BIO Gymnastics, we offer a wide range of programs for children of all ages and skill levels. From preschool gymnastics classes for 6-month-olds to competitive teams for older athletes, we have something for everyone. Our programs are designed to help children develop their physical skills, build confidence, and make new friends in a fun and supportive environment.

Preschool Gymnastics

Our preschool gymnastics program is designed for children aged 6 months to 4 years. Our classes are tailored to each age group, with activities and exercises that are both fun and challenging. Our experienced instructors will help your child develop their gross motor skills, coordination, and balance in a safe and nurturing environment.

School-Age Gymnastics

Our school-age gymnastics program is designed for children aged 5 and up. Our classes are divided by skill level, with emphasis on building strength, flexibility, and technique. Our instructors will work with your child to help them achieve their goals, whether they're just starting out or working towards competitive team status.

Competitive Teams

At BIO Gymnastics, we're proud to offer competitive teams for girls and boys. Our teams are designed to help athletes take their skills to the next level, with a focus on safety, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Our experienced coaches will work with your child to help them develop their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

Camp and Birthday Parties

Looking for a fun and active way to spend your birthday or summer break? At BIO Gymnastics, we offer camps and birthday parties that are sure to delight kids of all ages. Our experienced instructors will lead games, activities, and gymnastics exercises that are both fun and challenging.
