Poor Condition and Unresponsive Management
The cabins managed by Stacie Linka at "bigbear-cabin.com" have received overwhelmingly negative reviews. The Reviewed cabins, including "Cozy Bear" and "Bears Lair", were found to be in poor condition, with multiple issues reported. These issues include broken appliances, dirty and grimy bathrooms, filthly carpets, and safety concerns with loose wooden bars and torn screens.
Moreover, the management was found to be unresponsive to guest complaints, with some guests reporting no response or partial responses to their concerns. The owners seemed to be more interested in selling the property rather than maintaining the quality of their cabins. Many guests have advised against renting from this company, citing the poor condition of the cabins and the unprofessional management.
