Our Team

Owner Robert Drucker, and his wife, Carol Drucker, have led Solar Windependence to become an industry leader in alternative energy. With humble beginnings in 1979, when Robert started installing sprinkler systems at age 16 out of the back of his truck, he has since evolved the business into a highly respected and trusted provider of solar solutions.

Today, Robert owns three irrigation supply stores, an irrigation company, a gunite pool company, a beach-entry pool distributorship, a low voltage lighting company, and now, Solar Windependence. Our team's combined experience and expertise allow us to provide the highest quality services and equipment to our clients, helping them reduce their environmental footprint and energy costs.

Our Services

Solar Windependence's core service is the design, installation, and maintenance of solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. We aim to maximize energy generation efficiency by utilizing ground-mounted solutions that preserve special roofs, gain greater flexibility, and increase efficiency with more movable and tiltable panels. We maintain and install EV charging stations that are safety-certified and all-weather resistant, as well as energy storage options with powerful, high-capacity, smart storage under your complete control.

Additionally, our mobile solar solutions enable any stationary truck, such as food trucks, office trailers, and refrigerated delivery trucks, to run entirely on solar power, making them more sustainable and cost-effective.
