Our commitment to persistence, honesty, and integrity sets us apart in the industry.

Our founder, David M. Lichtman, is a graduate of Michigan State University, Universidad de Denia, and Universidad Extremadura, Spain. His career in the mortgage industry began as a loan originator for Empbanque Capital Corporation in 1986. After working in Madrid, Spain for the Needham Harper Worldwide Advertising subsidiary, Carvis/Needham, David became fluent in Spanish, which significantly enriched his career. He then grew his business at DML Mortgage in the NY, NJ, CT Tri-State area.

David's personal mottos, "Whether it's time or money, go to Dave for the Save, " and "DML, Your Neighborhood Mortgage Store, " encapsulate the core values of DML Mortgage. We focus on providing personal attention and true savings to our customers. Our team is dedicated to doing the right thing and offering options to our borrowers.

Our current staff includes sales, underwriting, and processing support. We are licensed in and have sales support staff, Loan Processors, and Loan Officers covering New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
