Questions
What vaccination records are required for boarding?
Dogs need DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordetella within one year. Cats require FDRC and Rabies within one year. Proof from your veterinarian must be submitted prior to boarding.
Can I bring my pet's special food?
While we provide NutriSource meals, we allow special diets with clear dosage instructions. Owners should label all medications and discuss specific feeding requirements during check-in.
How do late pickup fees work?
After 6pm, fees apply at $25 per 15 minutes. Please notify staff if arriving late to arrange accommodations and avoid additional charges.
What size spaces do cat condos provide?
Our luxury condos feature four levels with elevated lounging spaces and ground-level litter boxes. Each windowed unit allows safe exterior viewing while maintaining individual privacy.
Is group boarding available for multiple pets?
Two small dogs or cats can stay together at discounted rates. Grouping remains at our discretion based on space availability and size requirements per Missouri Department of Agriculture regulations.
