Our Story

Colonial Mini Storage was founded in 1983 by Larry Hagood and Lynn Lawson, who identified a need for affordable, quality, and convenient storage units with excellent customer service. Over the years, the business has grown from a small operation to the largest storage unit facility in Rogersville, with over 5 different locations throughout the Rogersville/Hawkins County area. Our company's success can be attributed to our longtime and loyal employees, who make up the Colonial family and focus on storage quality, customer relationships, and offering a large variety of storage unit sizes. We are proud to have served the storage needs of our community for almost 40 years.

Hours of Operation

Our gate hours are 7am-10pm, 7 days a week, allowing you access to your storage unit whenever you need it. Our office hours are Monday - Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm, and we are closed on weekends. However, we offer 24/7 online access for payments and reservations, so you can take care of your storage needs anytime, anywhere.
