Our passion for brewing began with our founder, Tyler Smith, who turned his curiosity and intrigue for beer into a decade-long obsession with home brewing. After honing his craft and gathering a wealth of experience, Tyler decided to chase his dream and establish Cooperage Brewing Company. At our core, we value variety and are dedicated to experimenting with different yeasts, hops, bacteria, and barrel types to craft unique and compelling libations. Our brewing process takes place on a 15-barrel system, enabling us to create distinct recipes for each batch. We take pride in offering a diverse range of beer styles, from hoppy and aromatic brews to Belgian-inspired ales and full-bodied stouts. We're excited to share our upcoming sour and barrel-aged program, which we believe will add an intriguing dimension to our lineup.
