Since August of 2013, Jade has dedicated himself to providing homebuyers and sellers in central Louisiana with comprehensive and reliable home inspections. His journey into the world of home inspections was deeply personal. In 2007, when Jade and his wife purchased their own home, they regrettably decided against a pre-closing inspection. This oversight proved costly when, a mere month later, their sunroom flooded with two inches of water during a severe rainstorm. A seemingly ordinary pull-down attic door turned out to be a disguised rain pan failing to properly divert water from a roof leak. This unexpected issue not only caused financial strain but also added significant stress during a time when they were eagerly anticipating the birth of their third daughter at the hospital. This event served as a stark wake-up call for Jade, emphasizing the critical importance of thorough home inspections in protecting homeowners from hidden problems and potential nightmares. Driven by this experience, Jade resolved to empower future homebuyers and sellers with the knowledge and insights gained from a professional inspection.

Jade's passion for home inspections stems from his extensive background in home remodeling. From a young age, he actively participated in his family's successful real estate business, where they purchased properties, undertook meticulous renovations, and transformed them into thriving rental investments. This hands-on experience immersed Jade in the intricacies of construction and building systems, providing him with an invaluable understanding of how homes function. Before embarking on his career as a home inspector, Jade served his country honorably in the United States Army for four years. During his service, he honed his skills as both an electrician's helper and a carpenter's helper, where meticulous attention to detail and precision were paramount. These experiences instilled in him a steadfast commitment to accuracy and thoroughness, traits that are now integral to his approach as a home inspector.
