Questions
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
DHLPP (every 3 years), Rabies (1-year booster), and Bordetella (every 6 months) are required. Puppies need two vaccination series doses.
What are your operating hours?
Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 4pm-6pm. Late fees apply for early drop-offs or late pickups.
Can you administer medications?
We provide oral and topical medication administration at no extra charge. Please bring medications in original containers with dosing instructions.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend scheduling during holidays and summer months early. School breaks may have limited availability despite regular capacity.
Will my dog get outdoor access?
All kennels have attached runs. Pets cycle through supervised outdoor play areas throughout the day for continuous exercise and stimulation.
What should I bring for boarding?
Please provide food in sealed containers, bedding (labeled), and favorite toys. We supply raised beds and bedtime treats.
