Our Team

Bob Mazzant, the owner and president, is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He also holds his EPA certification in Lead Rennovation. Julie Smith, the vice president and full-time estimator, is trained and certified in Xactimate 28 estimating software and holds the highest level of certification within Xactimate. She is also certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration. Linda Roy, our part-time administrative assistant, has been working for the company since 2005 and is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, as well as being an executive assistant to Bob Mazzant.
