At Resort Group, we take pride in being the largest, privately-owned property management firm in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Our company has a rich history that dates back to 1976 when our oldest and largest hospitality company, Mountain Resorts, first started operating. Over the years, we have grown exponentially, and today, we manage over 90 homeowners' and commercial property associations with more than 5,000 individual units, including over 600 nightly rentals.
