Unreliable and Unresponsive Service

Valley Relocation failed to meet their scheduled delivery promises on multiple occasions, causing frustration and inconvenience for the customer. Despite adjustments to the delivery schedule, the company's poor communication and lack of accountability led to disappointing results.

Missed Deliveries and Poor Communication

The customer initially scheduled a delivery for Monday between 12-4 PM, but received a call at 2:30 PM stating that the drivers were held up and needed to reschedule. After rescheduling for Tuesday, no one showed up, and the customer left several messages for a representative, Heaven, who never returned the calls. Even the follow-up representative, Britney, could not provide a reliable delivery date, ultimately scheduling the delivery for Wednesday.

No Redress for Poor Service

The customer's experience with Valley Relocation was marred by poor communication, missed deliveries, and a lack of accountability. Despite the inconvenience and frustration caused by the company's actions, the customer was left with no resolution or apology.
