Ganache Bakery Cafe began with a young boy in the Caribbean, gazing over his grandmother's shoulder as she crafted delicious treats. His eyes were captivated by the magic of transforming simple ingredients into edible masterpieces. As he grew, his passion for pastry only strengthened.

Driven by his ambition and armed with a culinary degree, Jamal embarked on a journey to hone his skills. He honed his craft under the guidance of renowned chefs, crafting exquisite pastries in prestigious establishments. But the island boy in him never forgot the warmth of his grandmother's kitchen and the desire to share his unique flavors with the community.

In 2011, Jamal and his wife, Nish, decided to turn their shared love for custom cakes and delicious sweets into a reality. Ganache Bakery Cafe was born out of their shared vision to bring joy, creativity, and the flavors of the Caribbean to the hearts of their customers.
