We use the Green House model of care, which focuses on person-centered care and provides a comforting and familiar environment for our residents. Our highly trained staff is certified in best life care training and is dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care.

Our short-term respite care program at Bartram Lakes is designed for individuals who need temporary support and care. Whether recovering from a hospital stay, needing a trial run in an assisted living or memory care community, or requiring temporary care and support, our respite care program provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to recharge and rejuvenate.

The Green House Residences

Our Green House Residences consist of two 12-room memory care homes for seniors living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Each resident enjoys the comforts of home while receiving specialized care from our team of Shabaz caregivers.
