Wasabi Japanese Restaurant is a Buffalo-born restaurant first opened in 2007. This restaurant was inspired by Kang's first trip to Japan. Soon after, Kang met Chen, someone who shared the same passion for Japanese cuisine. Throughout the years, their friendship grew, their families became close, which led them to opening their first restaurant together in Williamsville. Now, with over 30 years of experience, Kang and Chen are the heart of Wasabi Japanese Restaurant, and hope that through their food, they can share the love of Japanese cuisine and family togetherness with their patrons.
